Our client is a premier Chartered Accounting and Business Advisory consultancy. The firm is well established and operates at the upper end of the mid-market segment.

The opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Manager or a Senior Manager to join our client and play a pivotal role in the future development of this technologically savvy organisation.
In this role, you will have strong client focus and be responsible for managing the relationships with a section of key clients, ensuring the smooth performance of the team and accomplishment of critical targets.
You will work closely alongside the partners, assisting them with the overall managing of a team of professionals at various stages of their careers.
In addition, you will be involved in a range of high-end advisory projects for some of the largest and most complex clients.
You will work closely alongside the partners on a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives.
Your client portfolio will be diverse and will include entities of various sizes and across most industry sectors.
This is a multi-functional role with strong team, client relationship and value-add aspects, and will see the successful candidate exposed to professionally stimulating projects.
The successful candidate is likely to have a minimum of 6-7 years business advisory experience in a CA environment (Big 4/mid-tier experience is preferred).
Naturally, at this level you will hold full CA or CPA qualifications and at least 2-3 years post qualification experience (in a CA environment!).
People management experience is another essential requirement. This role may also appeal to a technically strong Manager (possibly a Technical Manager within a sizeable firm).
Your sound understanding of the current commercial environment, proven people and client servicing competencies, and analytical skills combined with good leadership potential will be essential for your success in this role.
