Our client is a premier boutique Chartered Accounting and Business Advisory practice. The firm has its origins in one of the larger professional services organisations in New Zealand and globally.
The firm’s client base is diverse and consists of, predominantly, larger and complex entities with annual turnover of up to $100 million.

Current team dynamics and growth have created the opportunity for a competent Executive Assistant/Practice Manager to join the firm and be part of their evolving success story.
This is a busy, multi-functional role and will suit an articulate individual with strong organisational and time management skills. Some of the key aspects defining this role include:
· internal accounting – GST, payroll, invoicing, data entry, processing, tax management etc.
· IT/systems – the go-to person for all software and hardware related issues, deal with external IT services suppliers/managers
· various admin and practice management tasks, including dealing with Companies Office, managing the design, development and implementation of a website etc.
· acting as a personal assistant to the managing partner, including arranging meetings, organising flights and assisting with a wide range of other ad hoc tasks
We are looking for an energetic go-getter with proven project management skills and experience (there will be multiple projects to run at any one time) in the context of professional services firm.
Ideally, you will have experience in a CA firm (preferably) or a Law firm. Your ability to organise, prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines will be crucial for your success in this role.
