The opportunity
Based in the firm’s CBD office, this role offers exposure to a broad mix of compliance, advisory, and leadership responsibilities. You’ll guide clients through complex financial and tax matters, lead engagements, and support the growth of both your clients and your team.
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on problem‑solving, and wants to step confidently into the next stage of their career in CA.
Your focus in this role
- Leading client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Providing practical, commercially focused advice across accounting, tax, and business performance
- Reviewing financial statements, management reports, and tax work prepared by the team
- Identifying opportunities for clients to improve structures, processes, and tax efficiency
- Guiding team members, offering coaching and feedback to support their development
- Communicating technical concepts clearly and confidently to clients and stakeholders
- Managing multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy, momentum, and client satisfaction
About you
We’re looking for someone who combines technical strength with strong interpersonal skills. Ideally, you will have:
- Around 5+ years’ experience in a CA firm within business advisory
- A solid accounting foundation and progress toward CA qualification
- Strong analytical capability and sound judgement
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
- A proactive mindset and the ability to mentor others
