This is a broad, career-defining role:
- 60% compliance — complex financials, group structures, IFRS, tax
- 40% advisory — forecasting, cashflows, projections, strategy sessions
- Lead and review work for an intermediate + support a wider pool of 8–10 accountants
- Manage a diverse client base from $2m SMEs to $200m corporates
- Optional BD exposure + VCFO-style engagements
- Clear pathway to Senior Manager and long-term leadership opportunities
