We have an opportunity for a BAS Senior with a minimum of 3-4 years current NZCA experience to join one of their teams and grow with the role. To be successful in this role you will need to have full CA or CPA qualifications and proven client-facing competencies and experience. Attitude and personality fit are extremely important for this role. Our client is looking for a happy and positive individual able to work well as part of a team.
Some of the key aspects of the role include but are not limited to:
- Preparation of periodic financial and management accounts
- Preparation of cashflow analyses, budgeting and forecasting
- Preparation of various tax returns; liaison with IRD
- Assisting client with software queries and resolving software related problems
- Client management
- Various other ad hoc duties and responsibilities..
Well-rounded systems skills and interest in new technologies in the context of a modern accounting firm will be advantageous for this role. The role has a strong client focus and will provide the successful candidate with exposure to a wide range of technical areas over time.
