The firm
Our client is a smaller chartered accounting firm with long history in the CA sector in Auckland. The firm has a loyal and diverse clientele and makes good use of the cloud technology.
The firm has enjoyed sustained growth over many years and recently has added several sizeable new clients.
The practice has grown impressively over the past 25 years and boasts an impressive client list of a broad spectrum of entities operating across many industries. The majority of the firm’s clients are in the $5mil-$10mil annual turnover range although there are several clients with significantly higher revenues.
Our client is fully cloud-based and makes good use of modern technologies. The firm’s work environment is likely to appeal to candidates who prefer a quitter office where team members focus on getting things done and going home to spend more time with family and friends and pursue other activities.
If you are into Friday drinks in the office, team pub events and are looking for a noisy office with a busy social and sporting calendar, this is probably not the right environment for you.

What is on offer
The offer for this role is in the upper end of the range in the CA sector and consists of a generous base salary, kiwi saver, paid CA professional membership fees and onsite car park in this Central Auckland location.
The roles will bring equity directorship potential for the aspiring in the longer term. However, we would be keen to hear from suitably experienced professionals who don't necessarily have equity aspirations.
