Our client is a well-established medium sized chartered accounting firm with a sizeable fee base. Due to sustained expansion as a result of organic growth and acquisitions, we have a unique opportunity for a CA of CPA qualified business services professional to join our client’s Rarotongan office.
We are looking for an articulate professional with solid grounding in all aspects of client accounting, tax compliance and business advisory. At this level, you will have proven supervisory and reviewing competencies and experience.
To be successful in this role, you are likely to be an accomplished Client or Team Manager, or both with current NZCA experience in the field. Reviewing experience is essential. This role requires the talents of a technically well-rounded professional with current NZ CA experience in a sizeable firm (with 2-3 partners or more).
We are looking for a self-driven individual who can take initiative and think outside the box. Your ability to work well as part of a team and within a structured team environment will be essential.
People management skills will be advantageous, as you will be responsible for leading a team of 9 junior professionals. Proven client management competencies and experience are equally important essential for this role.
