What you’ll bring
You’re a CA or CPA‑qualified professional with a minimum of 5-6 years’ current NZ CA experience (ideally from a sizeable firm). You’re commercially credible, articulate, and confident managing both client relationships and team performance.
Your background includes:
- Strong NZ CA experience across financial and management reporting
- Hands‑on NZ tax compliance capability
- Exposure to NZ IFRS reporting
- Experience with foreign investments and complex trust structures
- Proven ability to manage workflow and support team performance
- Excellent client relationship and advisory skills
- Solid systems capability (Xero, MYOB)
- Experience advising clients on accounting systems and software
