Our client is a forward-looking professional services firm widely considered as one of the newly emerging success stories in the SME segment in Auckland. Due to sustained growth within one of their Auckland offices, the opportunity has arisen for a CA/CPA qualified senor business services managerial professional to join their team.

Current team dynamics and sustained growth have created the opportunity for an accomplished business advisory senior manager to join the firm in a key management role.
We are looking for a CA or CPA qualified professional with a minimum of 6-7 years current NZ CA experience, preferably in a sizeable CA firm.
This is a key role within our client’s team and requires the talents of an articulate and commercially credible professional with solid experience in all aspects of client accounting, tax compliance and business consulting.
Here is a summary of the technical competencies and personal attributes our client is looking for:
- proven reviewing, workflow and team management skills and experience
- outstanding client relationship management skills
- sound NZ CA experience with financial and management reporting
- hands-on experience and good understanding of NZ tax compliance
- well-rounded systems skills
- previous experience with advising clients on accounting software and systems issues
- previous exposure to value-add assignments
We are looking for an accomplished senior managerial professional with a proven ability to work efficiently and thrive in a multi-faceted role within a dynamic team environment.
Naturally, at this level you will possess strong people management skills and be passionate about coaching and guiding individual team members and adding value to your clients.
Most importantly, we are looking for a technically strong professional for this key role.
This opportunity comes with an above-market remuneration package, including a generous base salary and other benefits. The role is based in a handy south/east city fringe location with a carp park. There are share options as well in the longer term on offer with this role.
