About the role

  • varied role with excellent potential for the technical scope to expand
  • financial and management reporting for a range of SME clients
  • periodic high-end tax compliance (no low-level repetitive tasks)
    IFRS reporting
  • budgeting and forecasting
  • increasing exposure to value-add projects
  • training and mentoring of junior team members
  • workflow/client relationship management
  • assisting the partners and managers with operational and strategic tasks and assignments
  • step up into an assistant manager role, now or in the short to medium term.. 

About the successful candidate

  • CA/CPA qualifications
  • well-rounded systems skills
  • good working knowledge of Xero and MYOB
  • strong interpersonal/client-facing skills and experience
  • previous reviewing/supervisory experience will be advantageous
  • ability to work well as part of a team
