This is a true senior leadership role for an experienced BAS Senior Manager (or a strong Mnaager wanting to step up) who thrives in a high‑touch advisory environment and looking for a clearer career progression plan.
The Opportunity
In this newly created role, you’ll take ownership of a significant client portfolio (in excess of $1m and growing) that is shifting further into consulting, forecasting, business planning, and commercial problem‑solving. With 70% of your time focused on advisory and 30% on team management, high‑end compliance and financial reporting, this role is designed for someone who wants to operate at a strategic level.
You will work closely with Directors, with a clear pathway to expand your leadership footprint as the firm continues its growth trajectory, including its move toward $10m revenue by the end of this financial year.

Your focus in this role
- Oversight of a substantial portfolio, with room to grow
- Review of high‑level compliance work completed by offshore and local teams
- Delivery of advisory services: forecasting, budgeting, cashflow, business planning, analysis
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing a capable team
- Strengthening client relationships through proactive, strategic engagement
- Contributing to leadership discussions and firm‑wide improvement initiatives
About the successful candidate
- Strong client‑facing advisory capability
- Proven leadership and review experience
- Commercial judgement and confidence in front of clients
- Ability to mentor, guide, and elevate a team
- CA/CPA qualified (preferred)
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset

Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
