- has impeccable verbal and written communication skills and proven client-management skills
- is task and deadlines oriented
- is self-motivated and happy to roll up their sleeves and be as hands-on as necessary
- can think strategically and see the big picture behind the numbers
- is composed and professional under pressure
- is flexible and engaging with a positive attitude
