The Role
As a key member of the leadership group, you will:
- Lead and mentor a high‑performing team across BAS and private business clients
- Oversee complex client accounting and tax compliance work
- Manage a portfolio of quality clients and build long‑term advisory relationships
- Provide technical guidance and review work at a high standard
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, process improvements and team development
- Deliver (or grow into) value‑add work such as financial analysis, governance, modelling, valuations and broader advisory engagements
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of technical depth, client leadership and strategic input.
About You
You will thrive here if you are:
- CA/CPA qualified with strong NZ CA firm experience
- Operating at Manager or Senior Manager level in BAS/private business
- Confident managing client relationships and leading teams
- Strong technically across accounting and tax compliance
- Interested in (or already delivering) advisory and value‑add work
