Who you are
You are a chartered accountant with strong technical grounding and a commercial way of thinking. You’re comfortable guiding clients, supporting team members, and staying close to the detail when it counts.

What you bring
- 4+ years’ experience in a New Zealand CA environment
- Solid capability across accounting, tax, and advisory work
- CA or CPA qualifications
- A track record of working directly with clients and being relied on for sound guidance
- The drive and ability to mentor others and contribute to a high‑performing team
- Strong judgement, analytical thinking, and a practical approach to problem‑solving
- Confidence to offer ideas and help refine how the firm operates and delivers value
