This newly registered opportunity is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant with CA firm experience who is looking for a stable, professional, and people‑focused environment.

About the role

This is a key Executive Assistant position supporting a senior partner. You will be the central point of coordination for workflow, client communication, documentation, and compliance‑related administration.

The role requires someone who understands the unique demands of a New Zealand CA environment, including Companies Office processes, AML requirements, and trust administration.

 

Key responsibilities

  • High‑level EA support to a senior partner
  • Managing workflow, deadlines, and partner priorities
  • Preparing and maintaining Companies Office documentation
  • Supporting AML processes and trust administration
  • Coordinating client communication and documentation
  • Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations within a busy CA practice

 

Skills & experience we are looking for

  • 10–15 years’ Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience within a New Zealand CA firm
  • Strong knowledge of Companies Office, AML, trust administration, and compliance processes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and partner‑level workflow
  • Professional communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Salary expectations around $100,000
  • A proactive, organised, and steady approach
