We are searching for an accomplished business advisory senior manager ready to step up into a senior manager role. Our client is a sizeable chartered accounting firm with strong presence in the mid-market segment of the professional accounting and business advisory services arena.
This role will suit an articulate senior managerial professional with sound grounding in all aspects of compliance/client accounting, business advisory and proven client and team management competencies.
Our ideal candidate is likely to be:
- a high-end Manager looking to step up into a Senior Manager role, or
- an accomplished Senior Manager looking for a change of scenery and exposure to new industry sectors, clients and technical areas
The role has strong advisory aspects and requires proven leadership skills and experience at the upper end of the range or desire to develop leadership competencies and step up if you are at the lower end of the above brief. Our client is looking for a self-driven professional with strong business development skills or desire to develop such skills as part of a progression pathway.
The role can be seen as a steppingstone to an associate director role and brings unlimited potential for career progression all the way to equity directorship.
