The Opportunity
As a Manager in the Business Advisory team, you’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio and work closely with Partners on both compliance and advisory engagements. You’ll be involved in delivering practical solutions, improving client systems and processes, and providing meaningful insights that help businesses grow.
You’ll also play a key role in developing your team - coaching, guiding and supporting them to deliver high‑quality work and build confidence in their own capability.
What You’ll Lead & Deliver
- Oversight of compliance deliverables including financial statements, tax returns and GST/FBT
- Monthly management reporting and commercial insights
- Process and systems improvements for clients
- Building strong, trusted client relationships
- Leadership, workflow management and mentoring of junior team members
- Advisory and project work that extends beyond traditional compliance
About You
- At least two years’ experience at Manager level within a NZ CA Business Advisory environment
- Strong technical grounding in NZ IFRS and tax compliance
- Confident communicator able to simplify complex information
- Commercially minded, curious and able to think beyond the numbers
- Proven leadership capability with a supportive, collaborative style
- Comfortable managing your own workflow and overseeing others
- Familiarity with modern accounting technology is beneficial

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
