Due to current team dynamics, the opportunity has arisen for an accomplished associate director with sound experience in the business advisory service area to join our client.
Based in a vibrant Auckland City location, this role requires the talents of a well-rounded leader with proven track record in the field.
You will be responsible for managing the relationships with a sizeable and diverse portfolio of clients and ensuring the smooth performance of a high-performing team. In this key role, you will offer strategic advice and work closely alongside your clients. This role will see you involved in a range of high-end advisory projects f.
Some of the main duties and responsibilities defining this role include but are not limited to:
The successful candidate will have proven business development competencies and will be involved in a range of key marketing and other strategic and operational initiatives.
The successful candidate is likely to have a minimum of 5-6 years NZ CA experience in business advisory. (Big 4/mid-tier experience is preferred). Naturally, at this level you will hold full CA or CPA qualifications and at least 3-4 years post qualification experience (in a CA environment).
Your good understanding of the current commercial environment, proven people and client servicing competencies, and analytical skills combined with good leadership potential will be essential for your success in this role.
