  • Drafting and finalising monthly, bi‑monthly or quarterly management accounts in line with IFRS
  • Producing complete reporting packs, including insightful commentary on key movements
  • Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing coaching and guidance
  • Supporting and/or preparing budgets, cashflow forecasts and scenario models
  • Assisting with payroll reporting, reconciliations and finance system support (Xero, Dext, ApprovalMax, Smartly)
  • Contributing to advisory assignments through data analysis, variance analysis and identifying trends or risks
  • Ensuring high standards of workflow management, quality control and client communication

This is a hands‑on senior role where you will be trusted to manage deadlines, uphold quality standards, and strengthen long‑term client relationships.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7+ years’ experience in a CA environment
  • Strong IFRS knowledge and experience preparing management accounts to IFRS standards
  • Proven management reporting capability — essential
  • Confident communicator who enjoys client interaction and presenting insights
  • Strong technical grounding, analytical capability and attention to detail
  • Experience reviewing and coaching junior staff
  • Proactive, organised and committed to high professional standards

Why Join This Firm?

You’ll join a modern, collaborative CA firm that values professional development, high‑quality work and meaningful client relationships. Expect exposure to a wide range of industries, advisory assignments and commercial decision‑making.
