What you’ll be doing
You’ll operate as a senior member of the BAS/advisory team, delivering high‑value work across reporting, forecasting, and client strategy.
- Deliver vCFO‑style support including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting
- Prepare complex financial statements, including consolidations and multi‑entity structures
- Produce monthly dashboards, management reports, and tax‑related documentation
- Contribute to advisory engagements and commercial projects
- Build strong client relationships and become a trusted point of contact
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members
- Help shape a positive, inclusive team culture
What you are expected to bring
You’re commercially minded, organised, and ready to step into a role with more influence and client interaction.
- 3+ years’ experience in a CA environment
- Strong Excel capability (modelling, analysis, reporting)
- Proficiency in Xero; MYOB or other systems a bonus
- CA/CPA qualified or in the final stage of your professional studies
- High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills
- Confident communicator who enjoys collaboration
