We are looking for a CA qualified Manager with a minimum of 5-6 years business advisory experience and proven team, workflow and client management experience. 

Current NZ experience in a CA environment is essential, although we are prepared to consider candidate who have had a brief stint (up to 1-2 years) in the commercial sector and willing to get back into CA. 

Preferably, we are searching for an accomplished professional who has at least 1-2 years reviewing/supervisory or team management experience.

Our ideal candidate will have a successful track record with training, developing and guiding junior professionals in the context of a sizeable professional services firm. 

NZ IFRS experience is another essential requirement at this level, together with proven client relationship management. 

Your interpersonal skills, commercial credibility and proven ability to communicate with your team in a positive and empowering manner will be critical for this role.
