Due to current team dynamics and increasing workflows, we have a new opportunity for a CA or CPA qualified managerial professional with a minimum of 6-7 years current NZ CA experience.

To be successful in this role you will need outstanding verbal and written communication skills, good grounding in compliance (including strong financial accounting and tax), client advisory and strong systems competencies and experience with Xero, MYOB and Banklink.

The key aspects defining this role include:

• team management
• client and workflow management
• technical management

Your sound technical competencies will include financial and management reporting and IFRS reporting, combined with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage client relationships at all levels.  

We are looking for a confident Manager or Senior Manager  with high levels of enthusiasm and energy, and proven people skills.

You will work with a wide range of clients, most of them large with complex structures and multi-million dollar turnover.

While the role has strong focus on managing a mid-size team, there is good potential for the right candidate to get involved in a range of value-add projects.
