We have a rare opportunity within the Corporate Finance team of a high-profile professional services firm in Auckland. This newly created role is with one of our long-standing clients in the CA sector. The firm has significant presence in New Zealand and globally and is associated with uncompromised professionalism and industry leading methodologies.  

We are looking for a CA or CFA qualified or nearly qualified professional with a minimum of 5-6 years current NZ CA experience in Corporate Finance (a must!).

This is a Manager role within a small team of highly experienced professionals. The role is varied and will provide the successful candidate with exposure to professionally stimulating client engagements and attractive opportunities to stretch your technical skills and develop further.

In this role, you will be involved in a wide range of specialist technical areas such as mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, financial modelling and due diligence to name a few.

In addition, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across other departments in the firm, gaining exposure to complex client advisory and business recovery and insolvency projects.

Exceptional client presentation and advanced Excel skills as well as strong analytical competencies are essential requirements for this role.
